REGISTER
WITH THE PRACTICE?
New patients wishing to register with the practice will be asked to complete a confidential questionnaire and attend for a brief medical check-up with the doctor or nurse within one month of registering. Medical treatment is of course available from the date of registration. New patients may request to be registered with a specified practitioner; however, whilst we will try our best to accommodate their wishes, it may not always be possible. |
